Mallary Meriwether is the Manager of Marketing & Culture at Monroe Shine & Co., Inc. With more than 15 years of experience in marketing and business growth strategy, she has been a key part of the Monroe Shine team since 2012.

Mallary leads the firm’s recruiting and onboarding efforts, attracting top talent and helping new employees integrate successfully. She also directs the firms marketing including digital and social as well as business development initiatives that expand Monroe Shine’s visibility and strengthen client relationships.

In addition, Mallary oversees firmwide culture and event planning, ensuring employees feel connected and supported, while also managing community engagement and philanthropic partnerships that align the firm with key professional and nonprofit organizations. Through her leadership, Mallary fosters both internal culture and external growth, making her a vital connector between Monroe Shine’s people, clients, and community.
