Retirement Plan Administration
Monroe Shine assists employers in the design, implementation, and administration of retirement plans, including 401(k), profit sharing, and new comparability (cross-tested) plans. We specialize in administration of small plan with less than 100 participants.
We take the confusion out of plan administration duties and decision making by providing our clients with the consulting and technical expertise they need. We are dedicated to helping employers implement retirement plans that promote corporate objectives, control costs, and give employees a sense of security.
Our independence and our fee-for-service billing practice permit us to work with many different investment managers and brokerage firms. We do not market any investment or insurance products.
Monroe Shine is an approved third party administrator (TPA) for daily vendors. While the financial institution is the daily recordkeeper for participant account balances and investments, we serve as the approved TPA to provide compliance testing, plan documents, and government filings.
