A graduate of Indiana University Southeast, Joe received his B.S. in Business (with an accounting concentration) in 1981. He earned his CPA designation in Indiana in 1983 followed by the same designation in Kentucky in 1987. Joe became a Certified Valuation Analyst in 2001.
